There are really delicious French specialties here, the things are not necessarily cheap, but you feel a bit like you've just crossed the border for a moment. Like many things from France, the delicacies are pretty buttery :-)

The employees would be more occupied with private conversations and with the smartphone than taking care of the guests and clearing the tables. It's not just a bakery! You can also have a very good breakfast, eat well and also have very fine sweets. The coffee is great too. Was there several times and was always very satisfied, even if it didn't always work out well with the service, you can still be very satisfied. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and a thank you to the chef. The ambience is very appealing and the toilets are also very clean. Unfortunately, the toilets on the first floor are not suitable for wheelchair users. The outside area is nice too and when the weather is nice you can sit outside and enjoy. Highly recommended keep it up.

Catastrophe: After the reopening of the maison in Wiesbaden, we were often there. Despite the high number of visitors, the service was fast, competent and friendly = well trained. Now, after the Corona period, we wanted to celebrate my wife's birthday with a nice breakfast. About 6 tables were occupied outside, about three inside. There were two waitresses and one employee at the counter. We waited about 20 minutes until they asked us if we had already received a card, we said no. After receiving the card, we waited another 20 minutes, but we couldn't place an order because apparently no one had time for us. Not to be drawn in if the restaurant was not occupied by 15% but by 30% or even 50%. Here I would recommend bringing your own provisions to bridge the waiting time. It's really a shame, the location is nice, the products are of high quality and tasty, but all of this is of no use if the staff has private conversations, other guests who complain about the waiting time are personally and highly unprofessional and then complemented them out. Since we did not feel like having such an address, we left without objection, that was also not commented on, who is surprised ... A shame, but under these circumstances there is no risk of repetition, despite many nice visits in the past.

Operation was completely haphazard. The main reason why I would never go back is when a guest comes and wants water for his dog, please send him to the toilet and please do not fill the water bowl behind the counter where food is served. After that, the waitress didn't even wash her hands and immediately touched the food. You don't do that.
